Die VacuTec Meßtechnik GmbH betreibt für die Entwicklung und Fertigung von Strahlungsdetektoren ein Kalibrierlabor mit metrologisch genau spezifizierten Photonenstrahlungsmessstrecken mit Standardphotonenfeldern. Die Nutzung des Kalibrierlabors kann für externe Interessenten angeboten werden. Hierbei erfolgt natürlich eine intensive Betreuung durch geschultes VacuTec Personal. Die VacuTec Meßtechnik GmbH betreibt für die Entwicklung und Fertigung von Neutronendetektoren eine Neutronenbestrahlungsanlage mit genau vermessenem Feld moderierter Neutronen aus einer Cf-252 Spaltneutronenquelle. Die Bestrahlungsanlage ist in einem allseitigen Betoncontainer installiert.
